I’ll be taking a trip to Ross Barnett the first week of November. This will be my first venture outside of the Louisiana Delta, and my first trip to a “reservoir”. I’m staying at friends condo on the far Southeast corner of the lake. I believe it’s right by the yacht club. I’ll have access to a dock to tie up my 18ft G3 bass boat, but I wanted to get a little info first. Is that area worth exploring? Or is the northern side of the lake and the river a better place to spend time? I’ll have 3-4 days to fish, so I could put in at different launches and fish all over. Hoping someone can give me a little heads up and maybe suggest a starting point to go put in some work!! Much appreciated!
