Howdy folks,

 

I'm getting the Scheels Ebisu Z casting rod in either 7"1' or 7"3' medium heavy, to replace my falling apart Abu Garcia Vengeance.

I've used the medium action Ebisu Z for crankbaits, and have liked it.  But I was curious if anyone has any experience with this rod.  It's gonna be for jigs, t rig, chatterbaits, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, etc.  

If anyone could tell me this rod performs that'd be greatly appreciated!  I can't seem to find a single review on it.  Curious how it will handle some hard hooksets.
