Garmin 106SV to Yamaha 250 Sho

Featured Replies

Ok so I'm a little out of date as far as how all the electronics network together.  But i have 2 Garmin 106SV with a live scope.  They are not on a Network persay just all wired together.  I have a open NEMA 2000 port on the graph by my console.  I would like for it to talk with my motor.  I know I need a backbone starter kit and a cable from that to motor not sure which one yet, mainly cause i'm not sure if I need a 6YG-8A2D0-00-00 Gateway device or not.  Does anybody have a clue?

Incase anybody wants to know I bought the cables and backbone from goldenchannels and you do not need a gateway for the Garmins to display engine data.
