Help! Building a deck on open bow ski boat

I've decide to build a deck on the bow of my open bow ski boat. I'm going to use 3/4" plywood and carpet the whole platform.

I need help with finding hinges to use for the storage compartments. I would like the hinges to be hidden or at least not sticking up above the plywood.

I've seen a lot of nice builds on this website and I'm trying to tap into that knowledge base. Thank you.

    You want stainless steel piano hinge. Lowe's or Home Depot should have it. If not, call a metal supply company.
