Ranger style charging plug for trolling motor batteries

I have a Ranger style plug that attaches to my battery charger that plugs into my trolling motor outlet on my Ranger Boat.  I don't have the schematic for connecting the positive and negative wires from the charger.  The terminals on the plug are 2 and 4, which one gets the positive.  The color of the plug is red to distinguish it from the black trolling motor plug.
