I have the previous Bantam reel. Does anyone have the experience with the new one? I will buy one if the improvements warrant an upgrade.

    A few “legacy” retailers have certain models in stock now. One of the reviews I read mentioned it has a matte finish. I’d have one in hand but I prefer magnesium reels (Metaniums)

    I ALMOST ordered the 22 bantam but I found a JDM metanium that I paid 315 for Including shipping. It's much the same reel as the bantam it just went on a serious diet. Couldn't pass it up
