Tackle Warehouse has a sale today so I'm going to try and finally order a jig specific rod (3/8, 1/2, maybe some 3/4 oz football jigs - just something that is a great all around jig fishing rod).


I've come down to two choices:
Dobyn's DX 784C
Falcon Cara Amistad

What do you guys think?

    I have had (still have the Cara) both of these rods, just different models. I had a DX704 and have a Cara Headturner.

     

    It just comes down to personal preference. In my hands, the Cara is nicer, hands down. Lighter, and more sensitive FOR ME.

     

    Someone else may say the exact opposite.


    Both are great, and I have had great customer service from both companies.
