New to fishing (thank you pandemic) and have been cutting my teeth on the 4 local lakes in my jon boat.  Any insight as to whether any of the lakes perform better at certain times of the year versus the others?  Have caught bass on each of them but have not found a pattern or developed any consistency on any of them yet.  Seem to be most consistent on McIntosh.

McIntosh is the only I’ve fished. Skunked once, caught a handful of 6” bass the second time after giving up and trying for bluegill.

 

Both times I fished it was winter time, and at least the second time was a cold rain.
