such a bummer at many levels.  but me being me, immediately thought, "wait, isnt there fishing in Cambodia?!"

 

i ask him and he said, "i dont know, but my dad has a tiny fishing boat".    two things i have always wanted to do.  mountain bike Cambodia and fish the mighty Mekong river.  i heard there are giant catfish and rays.  hell, any bass sized fish on bass sized gear would be SICK!!

 

i'm gonna help him pack.  :)
