Stupid question but is gambler now Sterling?

From the Sterling web site:

"Sterling Flats Boats are built by American Marine Sports in Groveland, Florida, the same company that has been building Gambler bass boats for many years."

Actually, it's Sterling's bad. There was a huge uproar among Gambler owners when the name change was announced. I'm one of those Gambler owners.

Yes. Transom change is the biggest difference, seats, cockpit, storage. Boat basically looks the same on the outside (other than the transom), the interior, however, had a huge makeover.

Considering the history of Gambler boats, changing its brand name to something else is a "Gamble"...   ;D

Seriously though..  Sterling?   :-?  Would seem that boat brand deserves something a little flashier.

I agree. I couldn't believe they changed the name at all to begin with. Sterling? Really?  ;D
