I'll be in Orlando from Dec. 22nd-29th. I was looking for fishing spots around Orlando and I learned about these lakes. Anyone have any advice on fishing from the bank on any of these lakes this time of year?

    I’ve never personally fished any of them.

     

    New a guy that used to fish Ivanhoe a good bit from shore and do very well. No giants but good numbers.
     

    Turkey lake is mentioned plenty on here as being good if you can get a jon boat.

     

    Couldn’t tell you what the other 3 lakes are.

     

    Fishing will certainly be tough the next 3-4 days. If you’re here with family, I suggest maximizing family time up front so you can get away on the back half of next week which I bet will have some pretty good fishing.
