hiya fellas, new guy here-

been looking for a new buzzbait rod and want to go with a loomis but not real sure what model for 1/2 oz. buzzbaits.

looked at the MBR843C also considering the 3 & 4 power 6'9" spinnerbait rods as well.

just wondering what some of you guys thought.

I agree; that's a very good recommendation.  I love the mbr843 for spinnerbaits, but prefer an extra-fast tip for buzzbaits.  I've been throwing them on my BCR 803 and 852.  If you can swing the extra cash for a BCR, get the 803 and you can use it for jigs and worms as well.
