I'm new to baitcasters and was looking on getting another. I was looking at the BPS Prolite Finesse.  Where I usually fish at is a small pond with medium to small bass in it, and I was wondering, would this reel be the right size to use? Or would I need to get a different size one. Also, is this reel any good? Thanks!

Please tell us what BC reel you are using now...Most reel choices for a body of water will be personal preference.

If your looking to finesse those bass into biting I would personally go with spinning gear.

 I would go with ReelMech on this one. You ought to be able to get a really good one for under $100 and a great one for a little over that...
