Looking to buy a rod to go nicely w/ a AG Revo Stx. I was thinking of a 6'6 MH Rick Clunn signature series rod..I'm a big fan of his stuff.

Any pros/cons of this setup? Any suggestions for a different rod? I'm open to any suggestions..

    The Revo STX is the "hot" reel at this time and should match well with just about any rod. You might want to ask your question again, but this time say what lure's you want to use it for.

    What are you using it for?  Jigs, soft plastics, cranks, spinners, topwater, etc. ?  Or just all around use? :)

    Well as I am in college and short on the dough I will most likely be using it for a multitude of things like: cranks, soft plastics, and jigs.

    For about $100 you can get a St. Croix PC66MF, great general purpose rod.
