Security Question review

Featured Replies

Just a suggestion, if it’s been a long time, or you never set it up, go to your profile and see if you remember your security question. You may be able to disable the need for such, I didn’t plink around and try.

i had need to clear cache on my newish iPad which causes you to be logged out of BR and blows away the authentication for BR. When you try to login it asks your security question. If you are like me you have no idea what the right answer is, if I even set such up. The only option is to login on a  2nd device that you have used for access before.  Guess I’ve never logged in via my phone so I had to dig out the seldom used laptop and hope I had used it sometime in the past, which I must have cause it worked. With the holidays it took a few days

FWIW, I could find no way to notify admin as one needs to login to do so.
