Any1 have personal experience with both the MB Hedgehog Syringe and the Medusa?

They both have the exact same specs, solid tip, great reviews but the Evoluzion in almost 2x the price. Buying from Japan, I can get the medusa and twinpower for just a few buck more than the price of the Hedgehog. Is this just part of the "law of diminishing returns" with the Evoluzion?
