Baitcaster maintenance

Featured Replies

I hate to admit this, but I've never taken good care of my reels, I've always taken them in for a yearly overhaul, but I'm sure I should be doing more at home, plus I'd rather do it myself.

Now that I'm accumulating some higher end stuff, I should really get on the ball...

lube, grease?  what where?

I only use my baitcasters in freshwater, and I probably fish 3-5 times a week.

What should I be doing?

Thanks in advance...
