Bout the same. Material and craftsmanship would be roughly equal. I’ve heard good things about both lines, but considering your reel I’d look to apply it to an appropriate rod. K2 or another brands high end would be a good match. Attaching a $400+ reel (if USDM) to a sub $200 rod seems odd.

    I have a Met on a an M1 and its my favorite MH combo. Yeah its a $200 rod, but its fishes better than an LTB Or IMX. The 7'2 MH is almost as versatile as the Met 70 I have on it. They're Essex, but they're sic guides and hold up to a beating. So yeah M1, for sure. If not M1, then spring for the Zodias.
