Staying Flexy

I jog on the regular. My cardio is fine. I can double step it up six floors and not think about it much.

Flexibility? Boo. I need improvement. I plan on taking back mobility. Remind my body what it used to be able to do. Kayak fishing leaves me w a tender lower back. Time to do something about it. I hit the basics. Like a deep squat. I got that down. Feet flat, deep squat. I take work calls in a squat position. Forces me to keep My conversations short and efficient. )😊

I’ve added a squat walk. Kick a foot out and move. It’s brutal and humiliating. Crab walk? Yes. Hands and toes shuffle without letting my knees touch ground. All to build my core.

I’ll improve shoulders and hand strength dangling from a Bar

Stay flexible team!
