Beef Liver for Catfish

Who uses beef liver instead of chicken liver? Everything I’ve read so far suggests both are equally favored by catfish. The main difference, is beef stays on the hook way better than chicken! That sounds good to me! I’ve never used either before, but planning on giving beef liver a try next week. Going to add strawberry jello powder as well. Going to use raw shrimp too. Just curious what people’s success or observations have been.
