Just looking for some opinions on these. Dick's has them on sale for $79.99 right now and I may pick up a few.....I just cant pass up a deal no matter what brand it is!

    I don't know if it's THE Capricorn, but it beat out the Stradic on a head to head competition on Tackle Tour.

    It is THE CAPRICORN....XTC's I think (orange colors here and there). Regular price is $149.99 on sale for $79.99......seems like a great deal.

    I have 2 Capricorns (2000 and 2500), but not the new (orange) ones. Bought them in clearance in novembre for about $ 80 each ;). Fished them a couple times . Nice and smooth !!!!!!!! :D. Great drag, also.

    My buddy Rick bought the Dicks Capricorn a few weeks ago. He likes it, but he also tried my Stradics and likes those as well! I tried his Capricorn today and I must say it is pretty smooth,  about as good as his Tierra I guess. Good price for the reel too!
