Crankin' Line

Featured Replies

I typically crank from 0 to 10 feet and use 10 pd Berkley XL. I want to be able to crank alot of timber and not worry as much about breaking off, so can anyone recommend a good line and test? I thought fluoro was the thing, but don't I want some stretch? Thanks.

You can try the XT, it's more abrasion resistant. I've never had a problem with either.

That sounds good, I've used it before in other applications and liked it. Thanks for the advice.
