I cant decide between these two rods, I like them both. I will be fishing for smallies and trout.

I have a shimano 4000 series rod type: medium action: fast. the other one is a zebco genesis medium heavy rod. both rods are 6 foot six and it says the zebco is made of aluminium while the shimano is made of "aeroglass"

    sweet man thanks, i was thinking that too because shimano is a more succesful brand but wasn't 100% sure
