American Rodsmiths

Featured Replies

Has anyone ever used these rods? I was looking at the team series and they look pretty sweet for the money. Any comments would be appreciated.  8-)

I have read a few comments on another forum that they are a heavy feeling rod. I have also read some comments compairing them to Falcon®...Don't know how long they have been around..

Thanks DavidG, I was just curious because I have never heard anybody talk about them.

I have a TMB-6 that I use for throwing topwater against the banks.  Very nice rod.

I can speak for the David Fritts glass crankin' rods made by AR. I love the two I have for crankbaits. One is 6' for the shallow divers and the other (which is my favorite rod) is 7'6" for all deep diving cranks. Because of them being glass rods, they are a little thicker and heavier than a graphite stick but thats something you have to deal with using fiberglass rods.

I have a buddy who just loves the Ti series.
