on this page for daiwa rods (and practically every other rod they make) some of the rods have the action and its letter is R. what is this? ive heard of like F, EF, MF M, MS, S but never R. anyone have a clue?

    It stands for Regular. Based on the Daiwa rods home page, Regular appears to be what others might call Moderate, since Regular's between Fast and Slow.

    ok thanks. ive never scrolled farther than freshwater rods on that page lol!
