Need some recommendations

I have gotten the go ahead from the wife to treat myself to any reel that I want. I have narrowed it down to a  Calais DC, or a Steez.

I have used a lot of Shimano gear in the past, saltwater and most recently fresh. I am not too familiar with Diawa gear. I know the Steez is supposed to be much lighter of a reel. I am basically looking for feedback from those who own them. Pro/Con for each. Thanks

If weight is not an issue, go for the Calais DC.  I have messed around a little with one and it is one of the smoothest machines I have ever fished with.  It will cast all day without one backlash.  If you want a reel that doesn't even feel real in your hand, go for the Steez.  Alot more moody than the Calais DC as far as backlashes, but once your thumb is trained, nothing will outcast it.  Which ever you decide, don't pay retail for either.  Too much money!!!

Get the Calais DC.  I have the Japanese version which is the Antreas.  Love it.  I have it on my St. Croix Tournament Series Sweeping Spinnerbait rod and love it.  As Jimzee79 stated you can cast all day and not get a backlash.  Also don't pay retail as already been suggested.  I got my on eBay for $450.00.
