Bass Pro XPS Quiver Drop Shot Minnow

Featured Replies

Anyone ever give these a try? Going to be doing some dropshotting on the Catt Creek for the first time come next April for the smallies and these things look like they could match the hatch very well in the natural colors for the drop shot in the Catt. Creek.

Great bait, very delicate, finesse type action, sweet.

The only issue I have is that they discontinued the only color I really used (06).  The watermelon ones are my second choice.

Yep grabbing up some watermeleon ones and the smoke shad I think is the other color (white/grayish).

They look good.  However, you might want to bring along an assortment of Roboworms.  Aaron's Magic and Oxblood colors are well known to nail fish.  Good luck!

Yep already have some roboworms that I picked up from dicks earlier this year.

Going to try all these out on the wiggle rig as well.

Right on! Just don't get too excited and make a typical hook set.  ;)

You might find that they usually wind up setting the hook on themselves about 80% of the way and the reeling up of the slack line goes the remaining 20.

Best of luck! 8-)

I bought about 4 packs of these about a year ago because they looked so darn good.  I've fished them several times now and have yet to hook anything on them.  Durning the same period I've done quite well on the GYCB flat tail and cut tail worms so the BPS's are close to being kicked out of the boat.
