Bass Pro shops spring extravaganza?

Featured Replies

I am looking for the Bass pro shops classic? I think that is the correct name. It is a big sale where I guess you can trade a fishing reel in and get money off a better one? Can someone provide details? What are the dates? I can't find it here but know it was posted before. Also, I can find nothing about in on the bass pro website. Thanks.

Yeah, I know about the thread your talking about. Right after I read it, I did a search and found BPS didn't have the info on the site yet, just a banner saying the event was coming. Later on, I found more info on the site. I think it was under news and events or something. I think the reel trade in portion of the event is coming up early next week, but don't quote me on that. The closest BPS, I found out, is about 350 miles away, so I don't plan on attending.

Thanks Pfluemis. The closest one to me is 3 hours away, but I think a couple of friends and I will be making the journey. Just need to find some more info so we can plan when we want to be there. Apparently, they have seminars and lots of sales.

my mistake, sorry. Go to the home page. At the very top it say's Store locations events. Click on that, pick a store close to you, then the info will come up when you go to that stores page. Some stores have the classic listed already, some don't. The IA store does not, but the NC store does. The next week date I saw was for the IA store's boat show.
