I'm going to get a crankin stick to complete another set-up.

I have a St. Croix premier glass medium action. That I've paired with a revo SC for lip-less cranks.

Should I get a M or a M/H for my general crankbait set-up? I'll be using it for topwaters sometimes also. I don't deep crank much and will probably not throw much more than a 12-14' diver on it. I can't decide my self. Help.

I always used a M fiberglass when I was using them for cranks and top water. The 13.1 lb Bass in my avatar was caught using a 6'6" M St Croix fiberglass blank on a rattle trap.

I like to use MH for everything (except for the cases where a heavy is called into service). Though, a St. Croix M power is the same as every other rod companies MH power, so you should be good with the M.

Medium power. You don't need MH for surface,shallow or medium divers...

I went to BPS today and handled both. I agree with the idea that a medium will suit me fine. I'm going to pair it with a pro max that I picked up for $15 dollars! Can't wait for the warmer weather.
