I just got a 7'4 heavy extra fast quantum tour edition pt rod. I am ordering a revo tonight or tomorrow. I am looking for you revo guys to help (Micro!). Which revo would you prefer personally for a flipping/pitching setup? Also what line would you go for with flipping/pitching. I want this setup to punch mats, and fish heavy cover.

The setup I had in mind was:

Revo SX HS. You'll want the HS to retrieve the line slack when going to set the hook.

They don't sell a SX-HS in left hand.

Don't know about the reel. But you are going to love the rod. I think the Quantum PT rods are the most underrated rods i have fished with.

I have a 7'6ft All Star American Classic Heavy action with x-fast tip. I paired it up with a 6:4:1 Abu Garcia Revo S and normally 50 or 65lb Spiderwire Stealth Braid. I absolutely love the Revo S but if you can afford the SX or STK I would recommend those but the Revo S is great for me
