Does a heavier(greater diameter) mono line have less stretch compared to a lighter line?  When I pull on my 8lb mono vs. my 14lb mono, the 14lb seems to have a lot less stretch.

    Okay. didn't know if my post was clear.  Im talking about when setting the hook on a fish with the same pressure. That answers my question. Thanks
