feeling bites

Featured Replies

I'm sure you will get many opinions on this question, but generally speaking, the so called "superlines" transmit anything going on with your bait better than monofilaments, flourocarbons or hybrids.  They are better because they have no stretch. The stretch of the other lines tends to soften the feel of what's happening with your bait.

power pro braid.

Like it or not, braid is the most sensitive to bites.

i will agree that braid is probably the best to feel the bite but seems to fray a lot when fishing around a lot of rocks. Which is about all we have here in East Tn.
