American Rodsmith's David Fritts Crankbait Rod

Featured Replies

Any reviews of this rod? I a few of their spinning rods and have been very impressed. I played around with the Fritts rod in the store and it felt really nice but haven't fished one.

I also can't decide on M or MH. I will be throwing bigger cranks with this rod but I dont know about a MH crankin rod. Any experience with this rod in these 2 actions? I hate choosing an action without ever have fished it!!!

i have three 2 mh and 1 m i love them. Great for slinging DD22's.

So would you recommend a MH for deep diving rapalas magnum wiggle warts, etc....

I ordered the MH yesterday with my Father's Day BPS gift cards.  I'll let you know how I like it in a week or so.

I got mine in yesterday.  I am SOOOO glad I didn't spend the big bucks on the Skeet Reese rod.  This thing is wonderful.

I was a little nervous about ordering the medium heavy action, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for.  I can't wait until Sunday afternoon when I can go to Lake Talquin and try some deep running crankbaits.
