Is Sufix Siege ok to use in saltwater?

Featured Replies

Hey guys, this weekend I will be going on a trip to the jersey shore to do some striper fishing. We will be fishing the inshore bays and I will be using my St. Croix tide master rod with quantum cabo 40pts spinning reel. Anyhow, I've been wanting to try sufix siege (14lb) on this setup after reading very good reviews about its low memory and line strength but am not sure how it handles in Saltwater. Will this line be ok in saltwater? thanks

There should not be any problem for you. You ought to be alright and so should the line.

I have used suffix siege quite a bit in saltwater with no problems at all.  You will be fine
