I'm in the market for a new reel to pair with a seven foot, medium powered cranking rod.  This will be primarily used for mid-depth cranks, nothing more than twelve feet or so.

I have been thinking about the Citica 201E, but the 27 IPT may be a bit too fast for me.  Has anyone been using the Citica E for mid-depth cranks?
