Shimano Sahara FD vs. Sedona FD

I guess I am going to buy a new spinning reel for a 6.6ft m/f action rod. My question was if anyone has either reel yet and should I spend the extra 20.00 for the Sahara?

I can only give an opinion on the sahara . It is one of the better lower cost reels that I have ever used.

I have been using 2 of the sedonas for aboout 6 months.

I know here are better reels out there, but I have no complaints about mine at all.

Go to Shimano's site and download there catalog. You will be able to make your own side by side comparison of both reels to help you determine whether or not the extra $20 is worth it.
