Do you use Florocarbon for Jerkbaits?

Featured Replies

I do. That is just my personal preference. I beleive that it helps get the bait just a tick deeper and also allows the suspending models to hang just a little better. Once again, IMO.

ay!

I use Yo-Zuri fluorocarbon on most of my rods for most situations.  Unfortunately, they cost a bit more than monofilament, and i've recently found a stash of Stren mono under my bed, and when i change lines this year, it looks like i'll have to survive on mono this year.

My single favorite application for flouro is jerkbaits. I honestly believe flouro (Trilene 100%) helps put more fish in the boat.

For most other applications I use Berkley Big Game mono.
