HI was looking to get my first baitcast reel. Was intersted in the Bass Pro Tourney Special. Hoping to get alil info on them,if any of you guys have used them?

    I do not own one of them, but I do know that BPS makes some quality reels. I have used the Extreme and Prolite Finesse. Some reels that I know people have been very pleased with include the Extreme, Bionic Plus, Prolite Finesse, and Pro Qualifier. All of those are around your price point. The older Bionic Plus is for sale at $40, the older extreme is $65, the Prolite is $70 and the new Pro Qualifier is $100.
