Why is it that Spinning reels normally have more ball bearings than a baitcaster would?

Just got looking through my BPS catalog and noticed this.

Thanks in advance.

    Baitcaster are more simpler than spinning reel - they have less number of shafts (less shafts - less need for bearings)...
