Airrus ULXS-701mh

The last couple of weeks, I have been scouring the recent threads and absorbing everyones' input on rods.  After looking around and pricing, this is a rod I found and bought.  It retails for $160+s/h, I bought it for $120 shipped.

My intention is to put my Daiwa TDA2500 spooled w/YoZuri 8# us, and use it for senko fishing.  The latest I find on the Airrus rods with any real insight comes from '05-'06.  Looking for opinons, good or bad.

I have 3 Airrus, one of them the UXLC701 MH that I bought 3 y/o. Made with top components, very sensitive and comfortable. It comes with 2 handles size and a handy balance port. Warranty is one of the best ( I have to use it and it was 100% my fault ).

Negative point is their weight, heavier than average but still acceptable.

Good choice, best luck with it.

Good choice in rod I don't think you can go wrong with an airrus , they are still around, web page has not been updated in a while . They were in bassmaster january issue for new rods for 2009
