diawa v flipping rod?

I picked up a 6'6" MH Team Daiwa - V rod on clearance about a year ago for $25. It's a nice looking rod and has a nice feel in the hand, but I've never had it out to the lake.

you can hardly buy a 7'6" 2x4 for that what do you have to lose ;D

Thats what im thinking and if I dont like it it can go on my 6500 as a catfish rod lol.
