I know many muskie fisherman use these swim/jerk baits (like me) but has any body tried these for bass? I bought a couple and will fish them hard on bass when the season opens again. Any luck with 'em??

I do use the larger versions for muskie but the smaller versions 4" and less work well using them like a jig. They work well for both smallies and walleye. The only drawback is the hook configuration so removing and modifying the lower treble is a good idea especially in rivers.

Yeah I was wondering about that. It seems like you get snagged up easily. The top single hook has a weed-guard on it for the Heli Dawg.
