I am on the line between getting a Bass Pro Shops JM or a e21 Carrot Stix.  Which ever one I get it is going to be the flipping stick model.  I was just wondering what you guys would reccomended.

    Carrot flippin stick is on sale at cabelas for $150. I felt the JM rods and i was not to awful shocked, and they just stopped going on sale.

    I've handled the Carrot Stix a couple times and really just don't see the appeal.  :-/ For $150 they ought to come with better guides. The JM Signature Series retail for little more, but they come with MUCH better guides...and who pays retail for a BPS rod anyway? If you're patient, you can pick one up for $130 or less.
