Reation Strike Swimbaits

Featured Replies

Are they worth my money?

About how much the the 5" versions weigh?

The finish on these baits is amazing, so they look good. But I want to know about durability or other issues you have w/ them.

Cheap knockoff crap! In the 5" range of baits you will be much better off with some mattlures or some River2Sea bottom walkers. ( the r2s are still cheap, but they work)

Every single reaction strike bait I have ever fished has been an absolute turd.

Haha i guess that answers my question.

I'm trying to find some pretty cheap swimbaits less than 20 bucks. But quality swimbaits.(I know probably not possible) I have a rod capable of throwing 1 1/2 oz baits. Any help fourbizz?

Mattlures Baby Bass, Trout, and Bluegill. I haven't fished his east coast series, but I am sure that they will rock too.

River2Sea bottom walker 120. this is a structure bait. sinks like a rock.

3:16 Mission fish 6" and 7" the ultimate heavy cover bait. I absolutely LOVE running this bait real fast over sparse Tulie (kind of like cattails) points.

Ken Huddleston just released a 6" version of his bait. This is a bait that I think is going to start OWNING tournaments back east and in the south.

I have seen the mission fish before and I like the way they look.  So these or the 6" Hudd could be thrown on my rod?

the mission fish for sure, the 6" huddleston weighs probably about 2-2.5 ounces. so it would work, maybe not optimally though.

Alright ill give the mission fish a shot.  2 to 2.5 is probly too heavy though.   I might also try out a Mattlures baby bass or bluegill.

bizz gave me some mighty minnows awhile back, my PB is held on these.  I don't use them as much anymore because i've gone bigger, but they are cheap, durable (when they rip, just melt them back together), and great for ponds.  They are a weedless topwater.  Just another optioin, I think they are like 10.99 for four and a hook.  Good luck.
