Nice bunch of catfishing rods you've got there.  When will you list the ones you'll use for bass fishing?

I would match your lightning rod with the accurist for all around fishing.

the 7ft med action uglystick with the silvermax for crankbaits, then use your spinning setup for worms. I would use the stealth for the worm and all around rods, and the mono for your crankbait rod. you can also use leaders on the braided line if you want. thats just what i would do, im sure some others will have some opinions for you. good luck!

thanks for the reply andamtoft.  I will look at this when I can.  I think I may ditch the braid and just go mono for now.

Thanks.

I love the stealth braid, I think its at least worth a try on one of your setups, i would just keep it away from the crankbait rod

Being that you have a few Ugly Sitcks, you might want to reconsider and continue using braid. Give yourself a fighting chance at increasing sensitivity. Many people claim Ugly Sticks lacking in the sensitivity department but that is subjective and hopefully you aren't in that boat.

Power Pro is a viable option for braid.
