Daiwa Light and Tough 7 or 7'6

Featured Replies

I started a college fishing team, and we go to some lake with alot of vegetation.  I don't have a flippin stick and was told about the light and tough rod.  You think i should go with a 7 or 7'6 Heavy

7'6" if is heavy cover. I look at 7' as a standard for most of my applications. So for flipping and carolina rig rods I would use a bit larger.

Definitely the 7' 6" flippin stick. They are more versatile imo. You can use it for flippin/pitchin, froggin, carolina riggin etc. Why don't you check out the Powell Max flippin rods?

Im looking for a flippin stick, how are the powells?
