Alright, I've been looking around again for a jig rod. I really like the look of the Falcon BuCoo 7' Heavy, and also like the look of the Diawa Light & Tough 7' Heavy. Which is a better overall rod for jigs, big worms, and a little swimbait action?

    Never used the Daiwa but the Falcons are overrated in power to me. The H/F feels like a MH/F to me. Even though it is not in your selection list, I will recommend a Powell 705C. Amazing backbone, sensitivity and just the right tip!

    i 2nd the opinion of the Bucoo, but if your funds are limited.. i dont think youll be too disappointed..  u just really cant throw the heavier jigs on that rod.
