New casting rod...

Featured Replies

Hey guys, ive been looking to buy a new rod and reel for this spring. Originally i was looking at a St. Croix 6.6 medium fast but they are 100 bucks. Not bad, i was seeing if you guys could help me narrow my search. Im looking for a do it all rod. Nothing specific, just to go from the creek to the river and back on the lake. You know. Than you in advance.  (Looking at pairng it with pinnacle inertia, pflueger patriarch or shimano curado)

Take a look at the new BPS Carbonlite rods.  For the money they seem to be realy nice rods and in the $70-$120 range.  They are very light, very sensitive and strong rods.
