does anyone know allstars poilcy on broken rods? please advise. thanks in advance.

    thanks cart. the rod I bought from you snapped at the second guide. how old was that rod? i see they have a 3 year warranty. man i love that rod. i hope the warranty still exists.

    just spoke with all star and they said send it in with a $20 check and if they deem it was broken under fishing conditions, then they will replace it. i swung a 3 pounder with grass on it and it snapped. i hope they consider that fishing conditions.

    I don't think that rod was a year old.  I got it from Simmons sporting goods on Ebay.
