They are the same frames, from what I can tell, and its pretty much the same as a revo s, centrifugal braking with a slower gear ratio.  Great reel for cranks or just to slow your presentation down.

    the difference is that the Winch has a gear ratio of 5.4:1 , wich reels in 20.6" per turn of the handle , so giving you a slower retrieve , perfect for deep diving crankbaits . also with having such a low gear ratio , you get alot more torque wich translates into easier reeling in of those deep diving crankbaits .  ;)
